Modest, Fancy, & Glamorous Winter Outfits | A Lookbook

Keeping up with the modest winter “insert aesthetic” theme, this week I’ve decided to collect the most fancy and glamorous winter outfits I’ve come up with so far! Let me know which you like best in the comments below!

Outfit #1: The Stylish Alligator Outfit

A chic and modest outfit featuring a black long-sleeve wrap dress layered over a black and gold floral maxi skirt. The ensemble is paired with an olive green faux crocodile trench coat and a matching olive green hijab. We’re starting off strong with my personal favorite, The Stylish Alligator Outfit! I felt like I needed three outfit collages to fully showcase this look. The midi bell sleeve black dress is dreamy and can be worn as a top to a wide range of skirts! For this particular outfit I decided to go with a black and dark green floral patterned maxi skirt to embody dark academia vibes. Paired with vintage style lace up boots and twin snakeskin textured coat and bag, this look really stands out despite all the muted colors!

Outfit #2: The Purple Queen Outfit

The Purple Queen Outfit is more on the classy fancy end of these three outfits. This look features a long sleeve purple and blue marbled maxi dress with burgundy kitten heels, a matching blue hijab, and of course the iconic faux fur black coat!

Outfit #3: The Iconic Movie Outfit

A chic winter outfit styled for modest fashion enthusiasts. The look features a cream-colored oversized turtleneck sweater, a pair of rich burgundy velvet wide-leg pants, a luxurious black faux fur coat, and is accessorized with a pearl-handle white bag, a houndstooth silk scarf in shades of red and cream, and sleek black kitten-heel ankle boots and retro vintage cat eye sunglasses.

The Iconic Movie Outfit gets its name from the faux fur black coat which features in The Purple Queen Outfit as well. However, even without the coat this outfit remains quite glamorous, with the dark red velvet baggy pants, the square silk scarf, velvet heel boots, and last but not least, the small purl clutch!
