I recently found this skirt and added it to my modest finds collection so I decided to style it today! Let me know what you think about this outfit in the comments below!

The Shirt
I really like the mock neck on this shirt because it’s seamless so it looks more elegant. It’s also not that high which is more comfortable around the neck especially with a hijab. I picked a long sleeve shirt since this outfit kind of has lighter layers but you could also go with a mock neck t shirt or mock neck tank top depending on the weather and your comfort level! I would recommend a mock neck though since the cardigan I used in this look has a big v neck.
The Sweater
This is a really cute wrap sweater that I’ve had on my list to use for a long time. It’s on the shorter end so definitely go for tall sizing if you want to wear it with anything other than a skirt. I like that you can control the looseness of the wrap so you can make it more or less blocky looking. I picked this color because light gray matches really well with navy blue and blue shades.
The Skirt
This skirt has a really nice structure which is why I was initially drawn to it. I think the pattern is a bit more on the dull side actually, as in it’s a bit hard to style. This is the kind of skirt that I would pick up because of the cut and then never wear because I don’t have anything to go with it. That’s mostly why I decided to try styling it actually! I decided to pick out the gray and navy blue colors in the skirt and match them to see how the look turns out! After styling I think it has a lot of potential with tops that are gray and white!
The Jacket
I was initially going for a navy blue jacket but I thought dark gray would work much better since it ties in the light gray of the sweater with the darker elements of the skirt. This jacket also elevates the business aesthetic of the outfit.
The Shoes
These navy blue loafers are so adorable with the bows. The navy blue matches well with the skirt and the sweatshirt and the loafer style matches with the overall vibe very well. The bows add a nice final touch that doesn’t stand out too much since it’s the same color as the shoe so it almost blends in.
The Hijab
I went with a navy blue chiffon hijab to match the ribbons on the shoes!
The Accessories
For accessories I went with a small white purse to match with the white undershirt and the white flowers in the skirt.
